Nobody should need a sales call to understand pricing. Here are the three models the industry actually uses, and who each one suits.
Percentage of ad spend
Best for: Accounts spending $15,000+/month that want fees to scale with the account.
Flat monthly retainer
Best for: Teams that want a predictable fee covering management, optimization, and reporting.
Hybrid (base + reduced %)
Best for: Growing accounts that want a floor fee plus shared upside as spend climbs.
We scope your model on the audit call and quote the fee before you commit. Read how the account gets built in our five-lever method, or start with the free PPC audit.
Common questions about our services
Three models cover almost every account: a percentage of ad spend (10–20%, with 15% the most common rate), a flat monthly retainer ($1,500–$10,000 for most SMBs), or a hybrid base plus a smaller percentage above a threshold. We pick the model that fits your spend and quote the fee on the audit call, before any commitment.
No. We work month to month after an initial 90-day setup window, because the first quarter is where structure, tracking, and bidding get rebuilt and the results take hold. If the data is not moving the right way by then, you should be free to leave, and you are.
Google Ads is the core: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen. We also run Microsoft Advertising where the audience justifies it, since Bing clicks often cost less. Every account sits on the free Google stack, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, for measurement and reporting.
Most clients spend between $5,000 and $80,000 a month on media. Below roughly $3,000, a structured account and our free audit usually get you further than a retainer would. We will tell you honestly on the call if management is not yet worth the fee for your spend.
